  1.  ENJOY Journaling – for 30 DAYS and be consistent. JOURNAL WHAT HAPPENS WITH YOUR THOUGHTS. CALMER.
  2.  HAVE FUN DOING Exercise – do what you enjoy 10-20 MINUTES A DAY. "I CAN" IS A GOOD START!!!
  3.  BE HAPPY and Accountable – write them in this journal or call a friend for GREATER BENEFITS.
  4.  HAVE GRATITUDE - FOR RELAXING THE NERVOUS SYSTEM PRACTICE Qi gong or meditation 5-10 MINUTES A DAY - IT WORKS 🙂
